N8-Acetylspermidine dihydrochloride is a polyamine metabolite. N8-Acetylspermidine dihydrochloride can be oxidatively deaminated by copper amine oxidase. N8-Acetylspermidine dihydrochloride can also induce the differentiation of PC12 cells and promote neurite outgrowth[1][2].
