DESCRIPTION Cladosporin is a tricyclic octaketide that is a secondary metabolite produced by several fungal genera including Cladosporium and Aspergillus. Cladosporin exhibits broad-spectrum bioactivity, including antimalarial, antifungal, antibacterial, plant growth inhibitory properties and mammalian anti-inflammatory effects.
