Description
(extracted from source data)
DESCRIPTION Tribuloside is a flavonoid that can be isolated from Tribulus terrestris L[1]. Tribuloside exhibits anti-mycobacterial activity against the non-pathogenic Mycobacterium species with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 5.0 mg/mL. Tribuloside has 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity[2].

DESCRIPTION Tiliroside, a glycosidic flavonoid, possesses anti-diabetic activities. Tiliroside is a noncompetitive inhibitor of ¦Á-amylase with a Ki value of 84.2 ¦ÌM. Tiliroside inhibits carbohydrate digestion and glucose absorption in the gastrointestinal tract[1].
DESCRIPTION A new cinnamolyglycoflavonoid 3-cinnamoyltribuloside (1), its precursor Tribuloside (Tiliroside) A and two known flavonoid glycosides afzelin and astilbin were isolated from Heritiera littoralis Dryand (Sterculiaceae) ethanolic leaf extract. (TargetMol Bioactive Compound Library)
