DESCRIPTION Zinterol hydrochloride (MJ 9184 hydrochloride) is a potent and selective ¦Â2-adrenoceptor agonist[1]. Zinterol hydrochloride increases ICa in a concentration-dependent manner with an EC50 of 2.2 nM[2]. Zinterol hydrochloride induces ventricular arrhythmias in conscious heart failure rabbits[3].
