DESCRIPTION Pocapavir (SCH-48973) is an orally active capsid inhibitor. Pocapavir prevents virion uncoating upon entry into the cell. Pocapavir has antiviral activity against polioviruses. Pocapavir also inhibits enterovirus infections[1].
