INDICATION
Levomenol has been known to elicit a number of potentially beneficial pharmacological effects, including anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial actions. Bisabolol is also demonstrated to enhance the percutaneous absorption of certain molecules
DESCRIPTION
Levomenol ((-)-¦Á-Bisabolol), a monocyclic sesquiterpene alcohol, exerts antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic activities. Levomenol also has neuroprotective effects and prevents neuronal damage and memory deficits through reduction of proinflammatory markers induced by permanent focal cerebral ischemia in mice. Levomenol attenuates nociceptive behaviour and central sensitisation in a rodent model of trigeminal neuropathic pain. Orally active[1][2].

DESCRIPTION
Levomenol ((-)-??-BISABOLOL) is a sesquiterpene alcohol that has been found in the essential oils of several aromatic plants, with exerts antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic activities.
DESCRIPTION
(-)-α-Bisabolol is isolated from essential oil of Matricaria chamomilla. It has been known to elicit a number of potentially beneficial pharmacological effects, including anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial actions. Bisabolol is also demonstrated to enhance the percutaneous absorption of certain molecules.
