DESCRIPTION Methantheline bromide is an antimuscarinic. It is a strong muscarinic receptor blocking drug used in the treatment of overactive bladder syndrome, hypersalivation and hyperhidrosis. It is a synthetic antispasmodic and is used to relieve cramps or spasms of the stomach, bladder and intestines.
