It can be used by people with renal impairment. It can prolong the time of parent drug action. It has a strong role in bronchial dilation and used for obstructive airway diseases, such as bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, tremor and cardiac side effects. It has the adverse effects, including fatigue, nausea, palpitations, headache, dizziness and tremor. lt was developed by the Astra company and has been listed in 1987.
