Description
(extracted from source data)
DESCRIPTION Momelotinib (a.k.a. CYT387 and GS0387) is an oral Janus kinase inhibitor (ATP-competitive)/activin A receptor type 1 (ACVR1) inhibitor . Inhibition of JAK1/2 is proposed to improve constitutional symptoms (fatigue, night sweats, bone pain) and splenomegaly in myelofibrosis patients. Momelotinib also inhibits the bone morphogenetic protein kinase ACVR1, a mechanism that improves iron homeostasis and erythropoiesis via down-regulation of hepcidin , and which may provide benefit to combat anaemia/thrombocytopenia in myelofibrosis . (GtoPdb)
DESCRIPTION Momelotinib (CYT387) is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1/JAK2 with IC50a of 11 nM and 18 nM,respectively. CYT387 shows much less activity against JAK3.
PRICE 88
DESCRIPTION Momelotinib sulfate (CYT387 sulfate salt) is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1/JAK2 with IC50 of 11 nM/18 nM, 10-fold selectivity versus JAK3 (IC50=155 nM).
DESCRIPTION Jaktinib is a deuterated analogue of . It has also been called gecacitinib . The compound behaves as a dual Janus kinase/ACVR1 inhibitor. (GtoPdb)
DESCRIPTION inhibitor of Janus kinases 1 and 2 (Informer Set)
DESCRIPTION On September 2023, FDA approved Momelotinib to treat intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis in adults with anemia (PKIDB)
DESCRIPTION Momelotinib (CYT387) is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1/JAK2. (Enamine Bioactive Compounds)
DESCRIPTION Momelotinib (LM-1149) is an orally bioavailable small-molecule inhibitor of Janus kinases 1 and 2 (JAK1/2) with IC50 of 11 nM/18 nM. JAK1/2 inhibitor CYT387 competes with JAK1/2 for ATP binding, which may result in inhibition of JAK1/2 activation, inhibition of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, and so the induction of apoptosis and a reduction of tumor cell proliferation in JAK1/2-expressing tumor cells. (TargetMol Bioactive Compound Library)
DESCRIPTION CYT387 sulfate is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1/JAK2 with IC50 of 11 nM/18 nM, ~10-fold selectivity versus JAK3. (BOC Sciences Bioactive Compounds)
DESCRIPTION CYT387 Mesylate is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of JAK1/JAK2 with IC50 of 11 nM/18 nM, ~10-fold selectivity versus JAK3. (BOC Sciences Bioactive Compounds)
